  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from Combined General Co. with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use that information to follow your package’s journey. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please email us at i@combinedgeneral.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

    If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at i@combinedgeneral.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If the order has already shipped, we’ll help you figure out the best solution, but please note that rerouting or reshipping may incur additional fees.
  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, Combined General Co. ships to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Our expertise in the design and construction of water-cooled compressor, gained over more than 70 years of supplying dockyards and shipping companies, enables us to offer a range of competitive alternatives for applications where air-cooled compressors cannot be used. Their benefits include low nose, ability to operate without a cooling air supply and much less release of heat to the environment. They are the safe choice for all applications in which an air-cooled compressor would be impractical. 
The new Tornado is available in two versions, the 3 stage WP3215 and the 4 stage WP4325. Each is available in a basic form - a compressor with motor and an optional separate  control unit - and in the Com-silent Version a complete, ready-to-operate system with sound proof canopy. The vertical arrangement of the running gear and the star-arrangement of the cylinder are particularly noteworthy features of the completely newly designed series and help to make these units very compact. Vibrations and sound levels are very low.
