  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from Combined General Co. with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use that information to follow your package’s journey. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please email us at i@combinedgeneral.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

    If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at i@combinedgeneral.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If the order has already shipped, we’ll help you figure out the best solution, but please note that rerouting or reshipping may incur additional fees.

For instance, intumescent technology enabled the use of plastic pipes that were previously banned in commercial buildings due to their combustible nature – providing a cheaper, easy-to-install solution for plumbing pipes and electrical conduits with each generation of product better than the previous.
